Roo's provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. Our heater went out on a Saturday morning and after calling Roo's, Ruben was at the house in 90 minutes to look at our unit. After seeing the issue we talked it over with him and we decided to replace our entire HVAC. Which is no easy decision but the necessary one in our circumstance. Within an hour he had a crane at our house taking the old unit away and installing a new one. The next morning (a Sunday) he came by to make sure everything was working perfectly. He also followed up with a text message Monday morning to make sure the new unit was performing as needed. I was blown away by how attentive and helpful Ruben and the team were. This was a great experience and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. ~ philip f

My AC went out on Wednesday with 100+ weather every day in the 10 day forecast I must have tried about 4 other places soonest we could get someone was Saturday. Then on Thursday I called Roos after an internet search, they sent someone by noon on Friday. So happy they sent James!! He was very respectful and super informative, I trusted he was being fair and honest and knew exactly what to do to repair my 17 year old unit. Within a couple hours he slapped on a new motor and took my house from 90 degrees to 76 in about 15 minutes. So satisfied with the service he provided that i signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I’m confident they will help me get a few more years out of my old unit. ~ C G

I had a great experience with Roo's Heating and Air from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding--friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was done efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was their fair pricing. Great service the Salesman was very knowledgeable and gave me the best service on top of his advice about the different systems which was very helpful to me to get the best package for my needs l highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering a repair or a complete system , l almost went through another company but after l was quoted a ridiculous amount l called this company and l was able to save $7000 on a similar system that was a quality product. The company has a very professional team and installers as well they left the premises cleaner then they found it l was very empressed 👍🏼 l rate them a 10 plus l was beyond happy and l will highly recommend them to anyone💪 ~ Gilbert S

I called Roo’s because two of my friends had just had their AC units replaced by them and highly recommended them to me. I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. Justin came out within a few hours of my call and went over all the different options with me. Prices and installation procedure were clearly explained. I was concerned about how quickly the work could be done since we were expecting very high temperatures. My big surprise! They came out the very next day, the 4th of July and installed my new unit. Our AC went out overnight or at least stopped cooling, i called a few places but being in the middle of summer i couldnt get anyone to come out today, I got lucky contacting Roo's. Our Capacitor went out and our guy diagonsed and fixed everything in less than an hour... not only that but Cameron was great at explaining and sharing visiuals of the issue at hand. Not to mention, usually I ask questions and i get a lot of condesending tones and very short answers but he had a great attitude and was super helpful in explaining the situation. My parent's 37+ year old air conditioning unit started to make unusual sounds, and we thought that it was time for a total replacement. I reached out to several companies via Yelp and Roo's was one of the first two respond and confirm an early morning appointment the next day. The manager, Aaron, was prompt upon arrival and in no time, he was able to diagnose that the problem was actually minimal. He only needed to adjust the panel within the unit and shift some of the unit's cables. His experience and knowledge was definitely on display as all that resolved the noise problem. He was very courteous and service-oriented, and did not charge for the visit where we were expecting to potentially need a whole unit replacement. Ruben is a truly nice and honest guy. I found his company by googling because my AC broke down on the hotest day of the year. I had him reschedule and troubleshoot my service multiple times and never encountered any frustration on his end, was willing to install a new unit the very next day on a saturday and pay his team extra just because it was very hot outside and I requested service ASAP. very supportive and was willing to install a bigger replacement unit on my roof without charge. John was outstanding from start to finish. He introduced himself right away, was very clean and professional, and even put on boot covers before entering the house which I really appreciated. He performed a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system and clearly walked me through everything he found, along with his recommendations and next steps. His communication was clear, honest, and easy to understand. He also documented everything properly, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall, a 10/10 experience. John did an excellent job! He serviced two HVAC units and replaced the fan motor on the older one. He was on time, friendly, and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and very respectful of my property. The price for the part was reasonable and the price for the maintenance service was great. In fact the service call was less than I was paying the previous company I was using for years. I've had my AC unit almost 4 yrs and haven't had it serviced. Its starting to get hot so I called Roo's. I spoke to Ruben, who set up an appt that was convenient for me. They came the next afternoon and were actually a bit early. Jimmy the Service Tech, checked everything out and I was in good shape. He explained everything he checked on the unit outside, then came inside to check that the air was blowing at the correct temp and that there was good flow at the air return vent. Roo’s was very quick with getting me scheduled for service when my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. The tech John Nguyen was very polite and communicative, straight forward and fixed the problem immediately. My unit is 15 years old and tech did not try to sell us a new unit or pressure us into anything. After fixing the problem, he explained what other services may be needed in the near future and gave us a quote. He made this a stress free and pleasant experience so I will always come back to this company for all my future air conditioning needs. Thank you! ~ V P

Roo’s was awesome! I had a breakdown later in the day and they were able to come out and help when nobody else would. I was pleasantly surprised that they were more cost effective as well, and did not charge me extra for what I saw as an emergency issue. Anthony was very nice and pleasant. He explained what was going on and listened to all my dumb questions. I will be honest in saying they gained a permanent customer. Best Heating/AC outfit to date, they understood my situation and did everything possible to make sure my unit was safe to run, serviced to the highest level and straight forward about costs, service plan etc. The deal they have going is great too $49 for a 25-point checkup and quote. Service guy John Yotoun was professional, courteous, and down-to-earth guy. Wasn't over my head bout issues with my AC and went above and beyond when it came to communication and finishing the job. We called Roos Heating and Air Conditioning on a Saturday because our air conditioner wasn’t putting out cold air. Within one hour, a gentleman came out to assess the problem. Our unit was 23 years old and the compressor shot. We decided to buy a new unit. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they could install the new unit that day. My furnace stopped working on Sunday evening. I asked friends for a recommendation and they gave me Roo’s Heating and Air. I called Monday morning, they came and diagnosed the program in the morning. At first, they weren’t certain if they could come back to install the new part on Monday (because of other appointments), but they did. Great service! My AC unit went out late Saturday night, and called Roo's on Sunday morning at 7:30am, and put on the service list for 10am -12pm. Cameron arrived at 10:10am and was very polite and professional. Cameron diagnosed my system within the first 15min, and made the necessary repairs to get me up and running. Technician John was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Love this company. They don’t try to upsell you or sell you repairs that you don’t need like other companies are known to do. They give you an honest breakdown of how your system is working.
